A Little Bit About Me

Hi, my name is Leine Oliveira and Brenley Designs was created to fulfill my long dream of designing beautiful spaces.

I was born and raised in Brazil, more specifically in the city of Curitiba - Parana; and I have been living in south Florida since 1999.

Creating custom spaces to fit the client's personality has always been the root of my designs and I'm determined to keep it that way.

My passion is to be able to help people by designing a safe, inviting place that they are proud to call home.

Services Provided

Preliminary Design

-Free consultation
-Study of the space,
-Inspiration boards and
-2d existing plans are part of the preliminary design phase.
This is where we talk about your needs and wants and how do you see yourself living in the space.
I'll also show you a couple of options for the proposed layout of the space in 2d format.

Design Development Phase

This is the phase where the approved preliminary design concept is fully studied and put into a format that is easy to visualize.
During this phase, we'll start selecting materials, appliances, plumbing fixtures, furniture, lighting and everything necessary for the space.

Construction Documentation Phase

Immediately after the 3D design has been finalized, we'll start with the construction documents. This means the design is put into paper documents and it will include dimensions and specifications for all approved selections. Once costs estimation is approved, plans are sent to the responsible parties whom, thanks to all the specification in the plans, are able to properly execute the design.
